Minimalist Oak Chest of Drawers

This large chest of drawers was designed to be a feature piece of furniture in the clients bedroom. They wanted something minimalist and contemporary with maximum storage for a specific space. Various depths were created on the front face with inset drawers and detailed oak handles. Carefully selected solid oak edging was used to create different focal points on the main cabinet and drawers. Subtle oak & threaded rod adjustable feet were also design & made to blend into the piece and allow for levelling on the clients very uneven flooring.

Solid oak base with adjustable feet,
Grain matched oak veneer drawer fronts edged with oak veneer and integrated scalloped design solid oak top handle,
Oak veneer birch plywood drawer boxes with joint detail,
Soft close undermount drawers,
All finished in Osmo raw to retain a natural and satin matt look to the oak.
