With my sustainable head on, I encourage collection from my workshop in Bristol whenever possible. It lets you meet the maker, reduces packaging and makes it cheaper! Just select “Collection” when ordering.
What is the current lead time on an item?
All items are handcrafted by me: no factory or robots are involved in the making. If an item is not in stock, then it will be handmade to order. I will always attempt to send your item as soon as possible. If your order is urgent please make a note upon ordering your item and I will go to as much effort as possible send it out as quick as I can. During busy periods of the year, the lead time may vary.
The Trio Collection: 3 week lead time to make and dispatch.
Home Accessories: 3 week lead time to make and dispatch.
Furniture: 5-7 week lead time to make and dispatch.
Bespoke items: project dependant, I will confirm this with you.
Can I get a refund or exchange my product for another?
If the product isn’t quite what you thought it was, please return it within 14 days of receiving your item for a full refund. Products can be returned for any reason provided it is returned to me in a safe and secure manner, and in ‘saleable condition’, with its original packaging and a valid receipt/delivery note. As a small business I ask you to pay for the returning postage.
Straight exchanges can be applied once the returning item has been delivered and checked by me. If additional costs of items need to be paid or refunded this can be sorted.
Can I get a refund on a custom product?
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns or refunds for custom products, as they are made to order. However, I always want my customers to be happy, so I will always be happy to talk about any issues, and sort them out promptly and fairly.
